We follow a clear four-step process to inspect your pallet racking. Our aim is to identify safety risks while keeping disruption to your warehouse operations to a minimum.
Initial Assessment
We review your warehouse layout and racking systems. We also consider relevant safety guidance, including HSG76.
Detailed Inspection
Our inspectors check uprights, beams, bracing, connectors and safety fittings. They look for damage and other safety concerns.
Risk Assessment
We use a traffic light system to classify damage as Green, Amber or Red. Urgent safety issues are highlighted immediately.
Report
You receive a digital report within 48 hours. It includes photographs, inspection findings and recommended actions.
Racking Inspection Training Courses
Our one day racking inspection training courses are provided by SEMA Approved Racking Inspectors and have been assured by RoSPA.
- Enable staff to complete racking inspections to SEMA Guidelines as detailed within HSE Guidance.
- Understand and perform the role of the PRRS (Person Responsible for Racking Safety).
- Essential for forklift operators to increase awareness of the need for safety in relation to racking systems.
- A certificate that is valid for four years is issued on completion of the course.
Training Centre cost: £275 + VAT per person
Online Course cost: £250 + VAT per person
