Courses cancelled with less than 4 full days’ notice (from the start of the course date) will be charged in full.
All prerequisites required for the rack maintenance course (highlighted below) must be confirmed at the time of quote acceptance. In addition, further confirmation is required no less than 4 days prior to the course date via email by the customer. Reminders will be sent to the customer a week before the course date. If prerequisites are not confirmed 4 days prior to the course date the course will be deemed as cancelled.
- A fully charged scissor lift is required. This is to be arranged by others. Platform height should be as tall as the racking. Platform length to be at least 3m (or longer if the racking beams (horizontal bars) are longer than 3m).
- A minimum of 3 delegates and a maximum of 6 can attend (SEMA recommends a 3-person team for repairs).
- At least 2 of the delegates are to be licensed to use the scissor lift (on completion of the training all members of the team will require a scissor lift license). Hard hats required for all delegates.
- An internal area of racking with a minimum of 3 empty bays are required for practical training (ambient temperature). We will need photos of this proposed area before we can offer a date to provide this training session.
- Racking components including an upright, beam and bracing need to be available for the team to change.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Delegate substitutions may be made prior to the course start date giving written notice.
